What would be your responsibilities?

  • Assistance support of the COO, incl. planning of meetings, management of the calendar, correspondence, logistics.
  • Representation of the executive by welcoming visitors at all levels of seniority, answering questions and meeting requests directed to the COO
  • Administrative support of the COO and his leadership team, including clarification of orders, invoices, travel approvals and other administrative tasks.
  • Organizational support for internal events, conferences & workshops, as well as international projects and the associated visits of the representatives of the parent company
  • Advanced executive support tasks, like creation of meeting minutes or presentation slides, collection of data, collection and distribution of reports and statistics

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least secondary education, Bachelor degree is a plus.
  • You gained experience in a comparable role (2-3 years or more)
  • You are fluent in Czech and English, written and spoken (the direct manager is foreigner)
  • You have strong organization and communication skills
  • You have a proactive and independent working style and can adapt to changes quickly
  • You have interest and ability to learn and to develop on personal and professional level
  • You are comfortable with MS Office, incl. MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
